Inform your therapist of any and all cuts scraps or abrasions.

It is your responsibility to provide adequate and up to date information about any and all medical conditions, medications or surgery procedures. This information is used in determining any contraindications to massage.

In the event of a late arrival  the treatment will be performed however the end time of appointment will remain the same. You are responsible for the cost of service scheduled.

We do adhere to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
In the unfortunate event of emergency please contact us 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged 100% of scheduled service plus 20% gratuity.

Party’s with 3 or more treatments scheduled must inform us of any cancellation two weeks prior to appointment date to avoid being charged 100% of scheduled tre and 20% gratuity.

Our therapists work by appointment only. It is imperative that they remain on schedule.

Your appointment time includes

25, 50, or 80 minutes of treatment time.

A proper intake/outtake  including paperwork and verbal instruction.
